Kid's Breathe Easy Cream

 It seems everyone is dealing with some kind of nasty.  Kids seem to be especially effected by coughs especially at night. If you want extra support for normal respiratory system and want to avoid Vicks VapoRub or cough syrup, try out this Kids Breathe Cream instead.

VaperRub didn't sound so bad...menthol, eucalyptus, cedarleaf oil. But what about Petroleum & Terpentine Oil? I did a little bit of research & found that

Petroleum is one of the dirty dozen & the European Union considers it a carcinogen. Terpentine Oil is considered toxic if ingested & it is unclear as to whether it is safe for children to inhale or put on their skin.

I think that I will stick to my DIY version. Not only does it save me from a trip to the pharmacy but it also includes only 5 ingredients, & all of these oils come in the Premium Starter Kit!

Kids Breathe Cream

  • 4 TBS Coconut Oil

  • 20 drops Raven

  • 7 Frankincense

  • 7 Lavender

  • 10 Peppermint
