Essential Oil-Infused Chai Tea Latte

Happy fall, y'all!  This delicious recipe will blow your socks off!

Since this is a dairy free recipe, I used Ripple's pea protein milk from Whole Foods as a milk alternative.  You can alsouse Almond or  coconut milk.

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • black tea
  • 1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality
  • 1 drop Clove Vitality
  • 1 drop Cardamom Vitality
  • 1 tsp fresh Nutmeg
  • 1-2 tsp Honey (or Cane Sugar)

I love to froth my milk, so I warm it up, blend it into a frothy consistency with a hand blender or bullet and mix it with the black tea, essential oils and honey.  If you don't want the caffeine or prefer chocolate - replace black tea with cocoa or your favorite organic hot chocolate mix.
