My diffuser isn't streaming, what should I do?

Q:  My diffuser isn’t steaming, what should I do?

A: If you are using distilled or filtered water, try using tap water.  If that doesn’t work clean the metal plate on the bottom of your diffuser with alcohol and let it air dry.  If it still isn’t working contact Young Living’s Live Help with your member and pin numbers.
